Realcraft Group launches RYNE at Yamuna Expressway

NCR-based real estate developer Realcraft Group has launched RYNE, a mid-segment residential project, at sector CHI-V, Yamuna Expressway in Greater Noida.
Speaking to Realty Plus about the project, Jayesh Sharma, Director, Realcraft Buildtech said, “Themed around the concept of green living, Ryne is an invitation to lead a tension-free lifestyle. The USP of this project is superb connectivity and strategic location, surrounded by greenery. We are transiting from construction contracts to independent projects and assure you about quality construction and on time delivery.”

He said the company will invest Rs 300 crore through sales and internal accruals to complete project in next three years of time.

The project, spread over 6 acres, consists of a total of 940 residential units of G + 22 towers offering two, three and four-BHK options ranging from 995 sq ft to 2190 sq ft area and priced at Rs 2595 BSP per sq ft.

According to the company, the project features 80 per cent green area surrounded by central lawn, children play areas & jogging track, fully furnished, intercom facility, party lawns, health club and mediation & yoga facilities. Every unit, designed for ventilation, caters to modern lifestyle requirements within the boundaries of the residential complex.

“We have parallel plans for the future development in Delhi-NCR with two more projects outlay of around Rs 500- 600 crore, to spread our roots”, Sharma said.

Realcraft Group, with a sound track record as civil contractors and independent builders in the residential and commercial spheres, has constructed over 80 lakh sq ft of structures in NCR. The project Livia was jointly launched by Realcraft with Shubkamna-Advert in the beginning of this year.
